Questions
Do the rooms have to be empty?
No. Empty rooms are the simplest, but we can also replace dated furniture in the photos. Send what you have and we tell you what will work.
Do you mark the images as virtually staged?
We recommend it, and you always get both versions. Buyers and guests should know what is really there, and some portals have their own rules on this.
Which styles can we choose?
We settle that together at the brief, because the furniture and finish have to fit the property and its price. We propose a direction, and you review the first images before we do the rest.
How long does it take?
It depends on the number of rooms. You get a date with the style proposal, and you review the first images before we finish the set.
