Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why we use it and what rights you have. It follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Who is responsible

CYRMEDIA is operated by IMAN EVENTS d.o.o., Franje Račkoga 12, 51000 Rijeka, Croatia, OIB 73442346693. That company is the controller of your personal data.

What we collect

Through the enquiry form: your name and email address, your phone number and message if you add them, and the service page you came from.
When you contact us directly: whatever you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
When you visit: our hosting provider’s servers process your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. This is needed to deliver the page and keep the site secure.

Your name and email address are required, because we cannot reply without them. Everything else is optional. Please do not send us sensitive data, such as health information.

Why we use it, and on what legal basis

To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal: steps you ask us to take before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
To carry out a project we agree on: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), and our accounting and tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).
To keep the site working and secure: our legitimate interest in a safe, reliable website (Art. 6(1)(f)).

We do not sell your data, send you newsletters or use your data to make automated decisions about you.

Who receives it

Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA, hosts this website and processes data on our behalf, including enquiries sent through the form.
Our email provider processes the messages you send to our email address.
WhatsApp and Instagram receive your data only if you follow our links to them. Those services are run by their own companies under their own privacy policies.

We share data with authorities only where the law requires it.

Transfers outside the EU

Vercel is based in the United States and may process data there. Vercel states that it complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and also uses standard contractual clauses to protect such transfers.

How long we keep it

Enquiries: as long as we need to answer and follow them up, and no longer than 12 months after our last contact, unless they lead to a project.
Project records: for the duration of the project, and afterwards for as long as accounting and tax law require.
Technical logs: a short time, currently one day at our hosting provider.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or social media trackers. Fonts, photos and films are served from this site itself. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, and to correct, delete or restrict it. You can object to processing based on our legitimate interest, and ask for your data in a portable format. Write to info@group-iman.com and we will reply within one month.

We update this page when our practices change, and the date at the top shows the latest version. See also our terms of use.
