Your account is the first viewing
Before anyone enquires, they can see how the property looks this season, and whether anyone is looking after it. An account that stopped posting two summers ago says something too.
Where the trip
starts now
So the account is part of how the property sells, not an extra.
Expedia Group Traveler Value Index, with Wakefield Research: 11,000 consumers in 11 markets, 2025. Not specific to luxury.
40%
Only 16% are more likely to. So we film the property, not someone posing in it.
The Luxury Travel Report 2025, Preferred Hotels & Resorts and The Harris Poll: 503 affluent US travellers.
75%+
So the water, the wind and the music are part of the edit, not an afterthought.

One shoot,
every screen
- 9:16, Reels and TikTokFull screen on the phone. The app’s buttons sit over the picture, so the message stays inside the safe zone.
- 4:5, Instagram feedTaller than a square, so it holds more of the screen while people scroll.
- 16:9, Your website and listingsThe wide film and stills, so every channel shows the same property.
Frames drawn to scale. Formats as recommended by Meta for Business and TikTok Ads; the shaded bands mark roughly where the app’s buttons sit.

An example for a summer property. A ski chalet runs on a different calendar, so we build yours around your own season.

Questions
Do we need a new shoot to start?
No. We can start from the photos and films you already have if they are good enough, and plan a shoot when the account needs new material.
Which platforms do you manage?
Instagram and TikTok are where most of this work happens. Tell us where your guests and buyers are, and we say honestly if another platform is worth the effort.
Who approves the posts?
You do. You get a monthly calendar to approve before anything goes out.
Can we stop at any time?
Yes. The notice period is written into your agreement, so you know it before you start. The account, and everything published on it, stay yours.
