How far ahead should we book?
As early as you can. The best light and the fullest gardens fall in a short season, so those dates go first. Send the property and the dates you have in mind and we confirm what is possible.
How long until we get the photos?
The delivery date is written into your quote, because it depends on the size of the property and how much retouching it needs. You review a first selection before we finish the files.
Who owns the photos?
You get the right to use them to market the property, on every channel. We keep the copyright and may show them in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. The exact terms are in your quote.
Do you style the rooms?
Yes. Styling is part of the plan we agree before the shoot: what to move, what to add and how each room should read on camera. We work with what is in the property and tell you in advance if anything extra is needed.
