How far ahead should we book?
As early as you can. The best light and the fullest gardens fall in a short season, so those dates go first. Send the property and the dates you have in mind and we confirm what is possible.
Do you travel for a shoot?
Yes, we work worldwide. Travel and accommodation are shown separately in your quote, so you see them before you decide.
Who owns the footage?
You get the right to use the finished films to market the property, on every channel. We keep the copyright and the raw footage, and may show the films in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. The exact terms are in your quote.
Can you film while guests are staying?
Yes, if we plan around them. We film occupied rooms only when they are free, work at quiet times, and ask anyone who appears on camera for their permission.
What do you need from us before the shoot?
Access to the property, one contact on site, your dates, and anything that must be in the film. We turn that into a shot list, a timing plan and a styling plan, and tell you what to prepare.
